Bandipur is one of the National parks of  India loacted in the scenic state of Karnataka and it was declared as national park in the year 1974. Bandipur is one of the nine original tiger resevers of India and is known to be mostly evergreen forest and home to many wild animals and valuable trees such as rosewood and teakwook and talking about the water source Moyar river has been the lifeline for the national park one of the major attractions of the park is that it has highest peak of  Gopalswamy betta which rises to an mere altitude of 1454metres.
