India is the world’s second most populous country at 1.2 billion people, which means that it also has the world’s second largest workforce with 467 million currently in employment. The recruitment industry is looking to expand this even further to maintain the rate of 7.5 per cent of economic growth that the country has seen in recent years.

The value of a derivative is determined by fluctuations in the underlying asset. The underlying assets include stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities, stock market indexes and interest rates.

The concept of the Jamaican national flag, “One of many, one people”, basically explains how the unique ethnic diversity of several countries could constitute the wonderful West Indian culture. The West Indian history began in the 15th century when European and African folks founded a relationship that was made around trading. This then lead to the manufacturing of goods and also resources needed by the slaves to work on the farms in the West Indies, which was then home to the Carib and Arawak people.
