Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces did extensive customer research to create its latest up-scale brand: Vivanta by Taj. The venerable 107-year-old luxury hotel company has rebranded 16 of its hotels with this new identity, and they now join the 3 existing Vivanta by Taj properties. Over the next few years, the brand that will grow organically to more than 30 hotels in India with in excess of 5,000 thousand rooms in all.
